Michelle Wong

Michelle Wong is a producer at Sony Pictures Animation, with over 23 years of experience in animation. Her most recent film, the smash hit, "KPop Demon Hunters," is currently the most watched animated movie on Netflix.

Wong also produced Sony Pictures Animation’s 2021 original animated musical “Vivo,” which featured original songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda, the creative force behind the Broadway smash “Hamilton.”

Wong was one of the first Sony Pictures Animation employees, joining the studio in 2002. Since then, she's worked in various departments on “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs,”  “Hotel Transylvania,” and “Hotel Transylvania 2.”  Prior to producing "KPop Demon Hunters" and “Vivo,” she produced the studio's 2017 feature, “Surf's Up 2: WaveMania.”
